The brief and voice recording is then submitted into the ‘portal’ and our agencies are alerted via email. Marketing agencies can then view the customers contact details, introduce their solution and pitch their agency - and hopefully convert into customers! The “Heat Score” is a qualification questionnaire via recorded phone conversation by our Agents. We obtain the following information from customers that are interested in engaging a marketing company.

The following questions are asked to establish the “Heat Score”:

  • How long has the business been trading?
  • How many employees does the business currently have?
  • What is the projected marketing budget, monthly or total?
  • How urgently are they seeking to engage with a provider?


The customer is fully aware the call is being recorded, and their information is shared to find a suited provider based on their requirements. Once the qualification questions have been answered, the data is submitted into the portal which will notify you via email and will appear in your “Providers Dashboard”.


Your dashboard displays a list of qualified customers and the corresponding qualification questions for your review. You can now listen to the recorded conversation and verify the authenticity and enquiry of this opportunity before you decide to purchase. A maximum of 5 providers are eligible to purchase the same opportunity. Once you purchase the opportunity, the customer's information is revealed to you and you may contact the customer directly via phone and email. Alternatively, you may use our secure messaging system which will log all the particulars discussed between you and the potential prospect to avoid discrepancies in your agreement.

How are opportunity costs calculated?
The cost of each opportunity is dependent on the quality and Heat Score. Prices are calculated case by case and usually vary between $50-$100 per lead. Some higher quality leads with high monthly budgets may reach $150-$200.
We have a big database.
If you have been in contact within 60 days of purchasing a lead from the portal, you can let us know and we will apply a credit to your account if you are eligible for a refund.
How many other agencies can purchase the same opportunity?
Naturally yes, you will be in competition with other agencies. The portal will automatically close the opportunity after 5 purchases. However, on average our customers will recieve around 1-3 quotes from local agencies.
What is stopping Agencies from cheating the system?
We audit our customers for feedback on their chosen agency so we can close the opportunity. We ask them who they were in contact with, their salesmanship, and which companies where considered in the decision. If records show an agency was in contact with this client by surpasing the portal, the Agency will be banned for 6 months - No Exceptions!
